Examples of this include: working with the Department of Motor Vehicles to prepare your registration and vehicle tags, or sending your financial information to a lending institution for vehicle financing.

• We limit access to your personal information to only those employees who are authorized.

• Each employee that works with customer data abides by a code of ethics that is strictly managed and requires confidential treatment of customer information.

Privacy Policy:

We collect nonpublic personal information from three potential sources.

• Application Information - Examples of this include credit applications, and can contain information that you provided to us regarding your assets, income and debt.

• Consumer Report Information - Examples of this include items from one of the three national credit bureau agencies. This reporting reviews your credit history as well as your current credit score.

• Information from Outside Sources - Examples of this could include your employment history, property insurance coverage, and other verifications.

Exceptions:

• We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you as to a third part as required or permitted by law.

As part of the US Patriot Act, we also collect information and take necessary actions to verify customer identification.
